Who are we?
We are the sister company of a brick and mortar store with three locations in the Carolinas. We have 21 plus years in the casual living industry. Our mission is for our customers to have a positive shopping experience with excellent customer service.

Why is there no pricing on your website?
Many of our manufacturers simply do not allow it. We must adhere to very strict internet policies and procedures set by them. If you see something you are interested in or just need more information please call us at 866.202.5699 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I order?
Please call us at 800-288-1086 or e-mail us at request@thegardenroom.com. If you are sending an e-mail make sure to include a daytime phone number.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, as well as checks or money orders. Please note, if paying by check, we must wait for the check(s) to clear before your order can be shipped.

Are shipping costs included?
You will be given a shipping estimate when you receive your price quote. With the fluctuation in gas prices today, we will lock in the shipping rate at the time of purchase. The shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and the distance it travels to reach your home.

Do you charge sales tax?
In most cases no. There are a few exceptions, however. For example, if the manufacturer is located in the same state where you live and if your order is shipped direct, then you will be responsible for your state’s sales tax.

I can’t find what I am looking for!
